The Safety Job provides job postings, a resume database, company profiles, social networking features, and a safety‑focused blog.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use employer features. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet all eligibility requirements.

3. Accounts and Registration

3.1 User Accounts
Users may create accounts to apply for jobs, upload resumes, follow companies, and participate in networking features.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Maintain the security of your login credentials
• Not impersonate another person or entity

  3.2 Employer Accounts
Employers may create accounts to post jobs, manage company profiles, and access candidate information.

Employers agree to:

• Post accurate job information
• Not misrepresent employment conditions
• Comply with all applicable employment laws

4. Platform Features
4.1 Job Postings
Employers are solely responsible for the content of job postings. Prohibited content includes:

• Misleading or fraudulent job listings
• Illegal or discriminatory hiring practices
• Multi‑level marketing, solicitation, or non‑job opportunities

The Safety Job may remove any posting that violates these Terms.

4.2 Resume Database
Candidates may upload resumes and professional information. Employers may view candidate profiles for legitimate hiring purposes only.

Employers may not:

• Sell, scrape, or redistribute candidate data
• Contact candidates for non‑employment purposes
• Use automated tools to harvest data

4.3 Company Profiles
Companies may create public profiles. All information must be truthful and not infringe on any third‑party rights.

4.4 Social Networking & Activity Feeds
Users may interact through posts, comments, likes, and follows. You agree not to post:

• Harassment, hate speech, or threats
• Unsafe or harmful content
• Spam or promotional material unrelated to safety or employment

Tonge Empire, LLC may moderate or remove content at its discretion.

4.5 Safety Blog
The Platform includes articles, guides, and educational content related to safety and EHS topics. Blog content is informational only and not a substitute for professional training or legal compliance.

5. Payments and Future Pricing
All Platform features are currently free.
Tonge Empire, LLC reserves the right to introduce paid plans, premium features, or subscription services in the future.

If pricing is introduced:

• Users will receive advance notice
• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
• Refund and billing terms will be added to this section

6. User‑Generated Content
By posting content on the Platform, you grant Tonge Empire, LLC a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to display, distribute, and use the content for Platform operations.

You represent that:

• You own or have rights to the content
• Your content does not violate any laws or third‑party rights

7. Intellectual Property
All Platform content, branding, design, and functionality are owned by Tonge Empire, LLC and protected under U.S. copyright and trademark laws.

Users may not:

• Copy or redistribute Platform content
• Reverse‑engineer or attempt to access source code
• Use trademarks without permission

8. Prohibited Conduct
Users may not:

• Interfere with Platform functionality
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Upload malware or harmful code
• Use the Platform for unlawful purposes

9. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Tonge Empire, LLC does not guarantee:

• Job placement
• Accuracy of employer or user content
• Continuous or error‑free operation

10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, Tonge Empire, LLC is not liable for:

• Loss of data
• Employment decisions made by employers
• Damages arising from user interactions
• Third‑party content or actions

Total liability will not exceed $100 or the amount paid to the Platform in the past 12 months (currently $0).

11. DMCA Policy
If you believe your copyrighted material has been used improperly, you may submit a DMCA notice to Tonge Empire, LLC. Notices must include:

• Identification of the copyrighted work
• Identification of the infringing material
• Your contact information
• A statement of good‑faith belief
• A statement under penalty of perjury

12. Termination
Tonge Empire, LLC may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in harmful or illegal behavior
• Abuse Platform features
  Users may delete their accounts at any time.

13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles. Any disputes must be resolved in state or federal courts located in Texas.

14. Changes to Terms
Tonge Empire, LLC may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
